Economical, ecological and social responsibility Sustainability is an integral element of the Gira corporate culture. To document this formally, we have extended our corporate vision "We take responsibility for the future" explicitly to include social and ecological responsibility. The different aspects of sustainability can be classified in three categories: environment, people and business. It is also clear that all three are always closely linked. We have developed three self-explanatory icons for these terms and with these achieve a clear recognition effect for both internal and external communication. As a result we have summarised our sustainability model in a way that can be easily and quickly identified.
